4 Months

Yet again, I cannot believe another month has passed. What is even more amazing is this time last year I didn't even think I would make it past the first trimester (lots of first trimester complications) and here I sit with a beautiful miracle baby who woke us up talking to her mobile this morning:).

• Your mobile is your new favorite toy! Thank you Lily.
• You have officially rolled over twice.
• You are starting to grab at things and hold them in your hands- more like in between a few fingers.
• You can take your paci out and put it back in your mouth if you haven't let go of it.
• If you are at all reclined you can sit up, lean forward, and sit back up. We figured this out one morning when Mom looked over and you were about to nosedive out of the swing- SUPER scary!
• You like to sit in your bumbo and play with your toys. You always look really confused when you knock all your toys off of the tray and you can't pick them back up. You will lean all the way over the edge trying to figure out how to get them.
• You had your second hotel stay at Big Cedar, and spent your first night away from Mom and Dad with Iggy and Gagi.
• You are talking SO much and starting to laugh more. We absolutely love this!
• You are sleeping in your own room now and LOVE your bed! So much so that you would not sleep in the pack and play at Mimi's:(. You go to bed at 8:30 and usually wake up at 1:30, 4:30-5:00, and 8:00ish. We're thinking about moving bedtime to 7:30 because you nap around 9:00, 12:00, 3:00, and then a power nap about 6:00. You only nap for about 45 mins too, and we've tried everything to get rid of that "45min intruder."
• You started hating your car seat this week, but I'm hoping it's because you were in the car for 2-3 hrs everyday from Sunday-Wednesday this week. We didn't leave the house at all yesterday to give you a break. Praying hard this does not last!
• You found your feet last week and it is too cute watching you try to chew on your toes.
• You are still in some 3 month clothes, but mainly 3-6 months, wearing size 2 diapers.
